Interview

Interviews are carried out in person by two or three people. We confirm the candidate’s identity at the time of the interview for validation. Any assessment conducted must be parallel with how well each candidate respectively meets the criteria in the person specification

Vetting

References are obtained from previous employers as part of the pre-employment checks. DBS and all documents are verified to deter unsuitable applicants in accordance with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 for children and vulnerable adult.

Making an offer

Once we are satisfied that we have a successful candidate, the offer is still subject to the satisfactory completion of all trainings. Most of our senior management team work across all our clients’ projects to maintain efficient and effective support to all our Staff assigned to clients.
